What to Wear: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing in light colors. White or light-colored garments are recommended as salt particles may leave minimal residue on dark fabrics. Remove jewelry and watches before entering the salt booth. If coming from a workout, please shower before session. No strong scents as it will be magnified in the booth.
Arrive Early: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled halotherapy session to complete check-in and prepare for your relaxing dry salt sauna experience.
During Your Salt Therapy Session
Take a moment to think. What is your goal for this session? Do you want to relax, get a boost, or find a little peace.
Silence is Golden: Our dry salt sauna booth provides a tranquil environment for meditation and deep relaxation. Meditation cards are available for your use. Music is provided and frequency laden tracks are available upon request.
Breathe Deeply: Focus on slow, deep breathing to maximize the benefits of pharmaceutical-grade salt particles. The negative ions and microscopic salt will naturally support your respiratory system and skin health.
Stay Seated: Put your feet up and relax. Spread out or sit cross-legged. The bench seat is quite roomy.
No Food or Drinks: Consumption of food, beverages, or chewing gum is not permitted during halotherapy sessions to maintain the purity of our salt sauna atmosphere

Post-Session Wellness Protocol
